All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Items ordered will be shipped within 2 business days of your order date. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number for your package.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Items ordered will be shipped within 2 business days of your order date. When your item ships, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number for your package. PLEASE NOTE - We do our best to avoid custom charges, but the customer will be responsible for any charges required by customs once your package arrives in your country.
All orders will ship FREE using USPS First Class Mail.
All orders OVER $99 will ship FREE using USPS Priority Mail.
Need to faster? We also offer 2 Day Shipping using USPS Priority Mail Express for a flat rate of $25.
All international orders will ship using USPS First Class International Mail for a flat rate of $20.
We accept new, unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached for full refund (minus shipping costs).
You have 14 days from your order date to mail item(s) back to us. Once we receive and process your item(s), the cost of your item(s) will be refunded to the credit card used. Please allow 5-7 business days to see the refund on your credit card.
We will notify you via email that we have received your item(s).
When shipping back your items, please include your original packing slip or order number.

When shipping your item(s) back to us, we do recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipped item.
If, for any reason, you received a damaged or incorrect item and need to exchange it for a new one or for any other questions regarding returns, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please Keep in Mind:
- Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your product for another size, please return the one you have & place a new order for the size you would like. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to make this as easy as possible.
- Sale and jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs for any item(s) you return.
In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition in which it was received. If we receive your item and it is in an unsellable condition, we will notify you via email and the items will be returned to you.
